Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased from EverlastX. Products operated by EverlastX (such as tours booked through ChiangMai-Tours) follow the refund policy published on that product's own website.

1. Hourly consulting

Hourly consulting is invoiced monthly in arrears against work actually performed. Time that has already been billed is non-refundable, but any dispute over hours worked can be raised within 14 days of the invoice date for review and, where appropriate, credit note.

2. Fixed-scope projects

Deposits paid for fixed-scope projects are non-refundable once work has begun, as they fund the discovery and planning phase. If we cancel the project for reasons other than your breach of contract, any unused portion of paid fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis against work completed.

If you cancel a fixed-scope project after it has begun, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining pre-paid balance will be refunded or applied to a future engagement at your choice.

3. Third-party and pass-through costs

Third-party costs (hosting, domains, APIs, licences, and payment processor fees) are non-refundable once they have been incurred on your behalf, regardless of project status.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under your local consumer protection law.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@everlastx.com with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
